FULL PLANNING

Our full planning package is comprehensive, covering all details from start to finish. We will help you select a venue, build your vendor team, develop a design plan, develop and track your budget, and manage all production details of the event.

    • Budget development and management

    • Provide vendor recommendations 

    • Travel and lodging management if desired

    • Wedding website design including schedule, lodging information, travel, maps, local activities, restaurants, and other relevant local information

    • Design and coordinate all invitations and printed materials 

    • Guest list management

    • Seating plan and event layout diagrams 

    • Vendor selection, contract review, and management

    • Book, coordinate, and update all rental items and orders

    • Event timeline development and management

    • Assist in design and coordination of custom guest welcome bags

    • Monthly planning and budget updates

    • Activity itinerary and coordination for wedding party and guests if desired

    • Book and coordinate wedding party preparation such as hair, make up, and attire

    • Attend ceremony rehearsal to direct the walk-through, and coordinate ceremony details

    • Arrange and coordinate all day-of transportation for the wedding party and guests

    • On-site event management to include ceremony rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and additional parties within your budget

    • On-site event set-up, management, and break down, managed by two plus coordinators

    • Unlimited communication and meetings with your planner

MONTH OF PLANNING

The Month Of package executes your well-developed event plan. You will meet with us one month prior to your wedding and provide us with a vendor list, timeline, and event decor plan. Together, we will review your plan and discuss any potential last-minute adjustments or details missed. We will handle all logistics and coordination on the day of your event so that you can relax and enjoy this special time with family and friends.

    • One hour long consultation to provide any recommendations prior to 30 days before the event

    • One unlimited consultation anytime within 30 days prior to the event

    • Event timeline review and management

    • Contract review and vendor follow-up 30 days prior to the event 

    • Attend ceremony rehearsal to direct the walk-through, and coordinate ceremony details

    • Day-of management of timeline and vendor details, managed by two + coordinators

    • Coordinate all ceremony and reception production set up, tear down, clean up and on-site management 

    • Disposal of all trash and recycling

NON PROFIT EVENTS

Sixth Street Events will handle all event planning, logistics management, and event execution for any corporate or non-profit event. Each package is custom, based on event details and needs.
